Gorbach V. received his Ph.D degrees (1984) from the Bogolyubov Institute for Theoretical Physicsof the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. From 1975 to 1994, he worked at the Bogolyubov Institute for Theoretical Physics. Since 2014, he has been the President of NanoTechCenter. Since 2023, he has been a co-founder of IRCnano. He is the author of more than 20 scientific publications and holds 2 patents.
